Innova Solutions is hiring an Aircraft Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Engineer in Waco, TX. You will perform structural fatigue and damage tolerance analyses for aircraft modifications, support design, and prepare airworthiness documentation.

You will determine critical load paths, local stress concentrations, and operational environments to ensure reliability and compliance with airworthiness standards. Travel and security clearance are required as needed.

Qualifications

• BSME/BS AE/BSCE with 10+ years of relevant work experience or MS with 9+ years.
• Generate free body diagrams and calculate internal load distributions.
• Familiarity with Mil Std and 14 CFR certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform fatigue and damage tolerance analysis of aircraft modifications and support design.
• Identify critical load paths and assess local stress concentrations under operational loads.
• Develop mission profiles and usage spectra for service life calculations.
