WSP USA is seeking an experienced Air Quality Project Manager to lead complex permitting, compliance, and modeling projects for industrial and energy clients nationwide. The role emphasizes delivering regulatory analyses and permit applications with a focus on PSD/NSR/Title V requirements.

The successful candidate will mentor teams, manage client relationships, and expand business opportunities while coordinating with national leadership to drive practice growth across the U.S.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of air quality permitting and modeling experience.
  • Experience managing complex projects with scope, schedule, budget, and profitability.
  • Expertise in PSD, NSR, Title V permitting and regulatory compliance evaluations.
  • Advanced experience with AERMOD and CALPUFF.

Responsibilities

  • Lead air quality permitting, compliance, and modeling projects for industrial and energy clients nationwide.
  • Manage project delivery including scope, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, resources, QA, and risk management.
  • Serve as a senior technical reviewer and SME for air quality analyses and permit applications.
  • Provide guidance on NSR, PSD, Title V, and state permitting programs.
