Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Environmental Air Quality Modeler to join our Environmental Team. The role focuses on complex air quality permitting, compliance, and modeling for diverse industrial clients across the United States.

The candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams nationwide to deliver environmental solutions, support critical infrastructure, and help clients navigate regulatory changes, with emphasis on strong technical expertise and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Meteor

Responsibilities

• Lead and support air quality permitting, compliance, and regulatory projects for industrial clients.
• Prepare and review NSR and PSD air permit applications.
• Conduct air dispersion modeling analyses using AERMOD and other platforms.
• Perform emissions calculations and inventories and air regulatory analyses.
• Prepare semi-annual and annual regulatory compliance reports.
• Interpret federal, state, and local air quality regulations and provide guidance.
