Job summary

Qualifications
- BS in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field; MS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of Clean Air Act and regulations to develop permitting strategies for electric power and industrial projects.
- Define and implement air permitting requirements throughout project development, design, construction, and operation.
- Develop permit strategies, matrices, schedules, and applications for major and minor sources.
- Prepare and review emissions calculations, inventories, control evaluations, and modeling protocols.
- Interface with permitting agencies; respond to comments; support negotiations on permit conditions.
