Job summary

Amazon Global Air in Baltimore is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly employees, ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and performance across shifts. You will drive on-time deliveries and engage in shift activities to support customer expectations.

You will also develop safer processes for air cargo operations and collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, and HR to meet business goals, while navigating the dynamic environment of Amazon's fastest-growing air network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
