You will engage employees during shifts to meet customer delivery promises and partner with Safety, Engineering, HR, and Quality teams to achieve objectives.

The role requires managing a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and a background in people or performance management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to meet business objectives.
