Job summary

Colonial Group's Air & Ocean team is seeking a Senior Specialist to coordinate documentation, clearance support, and delivery after clearance. You will monitor entry and summary preparations to ensure shipments align with US CFR requirements.

In this role you will partner with forwarders, maintain accurate PODs, handle tracing, and help optimize department processes. Strong communication and three years of relevant experience are essential for success in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate MS Office experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients.
• Responsible for all Import of Air & Ocean shipments.
• Work with forwarders on daily basis.
• Ensure POD is supplied.
• Expediting and tracing as required.
• Determination of profit levels and billing.
• Process required customs documentation.
• Development, implementation, and maintenance of department processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
