Buckland, a long-established logistics provider, seeks an Air & Ocean Specialist, Senior, to coordinate documentation and clearance for imports, oversee delivery after clearance, and monitor entry processes to ensure compliance with US regulations. You will collaborate with forwarders, ensure PODs, and handle expediting as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate MS Office experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients.
• Responsible for all Import of Air & Ocean shipments.
• Work with forwarders on daily basis.
• Ensure POD is supplied.
• Expediting and tracing as required.
• Determination of profit levels and billing.
• Process required customs documentation.
• Development, implementation, and maintenance of department processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
