Job summary

Colonial Group seeks an Air & Ocean Specialist, Intermediate to join our US operations. You will coordinate documentation, clearance advances, and post-clearance delivery, ensuring shipments are entered in accordance with applicable regulations.

You will work closely with forwarders, monitor entry summaries, and prepare customs paperwork. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate MS Office experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Import of Air & Ocean shipments.

The Role
