Job summary

Buckland is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate documentation and advances for clearance, ensure timely delivery of freight after clearance, and monitor entry procedures for US shipments. This role reports to the Team Leader, Air & Ocean and sits in a permanent Operations setting.

The position requires at least three years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex documentation with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients.
• Responsible for all Import of Air & Ocean shipments.
• Work with forwarders on daily basis.
• Ensure POD is supplied.
• Expediting and tracing as required.
• Determination of profit levels and billing.
• Process required customs documentation.
• Development, implementation, and maintenance of department processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
