AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks an Air Export Agent III to coordinate daily export operations for international freight shipments entering and exiting the USA. You will ensure high-level operational excellence and strong customer service across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in freight forwarding preferred.
• CCS certification or CargoWise expertise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day export of international shipments (Air) from the USA.
• Identify routing and quotation options per customer requests.
• Process documentation, AES, and master air waybill preparation.
• Ensure timely delivery and accurate systems milestones.
