Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is hiring an Air Export Agent II to coordinate daily export shipments into and out of the USA across all modes of transport. The role emphasizes operational excellence and a world-class customer service experience for our clients.

The position requires strong teamwork, problem solving, and knowledge of CargoWise; the candidate should have 2–4 years freight forwarding experience and the CCS/CCO certification is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role in Torrance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Certified CargoWise Specialist (CCS/CCO) required.
• Advanced knowledge of CargoWise.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend and write routine correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate customer orders and documents.
• Identify best routing and transit options.
• Coordinate quotations from vendors and issue confirmations.
• Track flight departures and update milestones.
• Ensure final profitability checks and invoicing.
