hXpath Inc. is seeking a Senior Air Export Specialist in Burlingame, CA to lead complex international air export shipments while remaining hands-on. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, top-tier customer service, and mentoring junior coordinators.

You will coordinate documentation, liaise with airlines and agents, and drive process improvements for timely, compliant departures. This position combines leadership with day-to-day operational responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of air export operations experience with an international freight forwarder.
• Strong knowledge of international air freight documentation, export compliance, and airline procedures.
• Experience handling complex shipments, including letters of credit, legalization, and original shipping documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priority shipments.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management abilities.
• Experience using CargoWise or similar freight forwarding OS.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end international air export shipments from origin to departure.
• Prepare and review export documentation to meet requirements and regulations.
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, trucking, warehouses, and customers.
• Monitor milestones, provide updates, and resolve service issues promptly.
• Handle complex shipments involving legalization and original documents.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and data integrity in the system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Mentor junior Air Export Coordinators and share best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to exceed expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, IATA, FAA and regulatory requirements.
