hXpath Inc. seeks an experienced Air Export Supervisor to lead Seattle-based air export operations. You will manage daily workflows, ensure accurate documentation, and drive regulatory compliance while mentoring coordinators and coordinating with airlines and partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain service quality and on-time shipments in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in international air export operations in freight forwarding.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of air export procedures, airline operations and documentation.
• Familiarity with AES/EEI filings and export regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with airlines, partners and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily air export operations from booking to departure and documentation.
• Lead and develop air export coordinators and staff with training and feedback.
• Oversee bookings, routing, airline coordination, cargo tendering and docs.
• Review air waybills, invoices, packing lists and export declarations for accuracy.
• Coordinate with airlines, trucking, warehouses, customs brokers and overseas offices.
• Monitor milestones, resolve delays and resolve documentation issues.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, IATA, CBP and export controls.
• Oversee AES/EEI filings and export reporting compliance.
• Maintain relationships with customers, carriers and agents.
• Monitor KPIs and support workload planning and cost control.
• Collaborate with sales/account teams to support retention and growth.
