Job summary

Atlas Air Worldwide in Miami is seeking a Senior Capacity Management Analyst (SAMER) to optimize capacity on scheduled freighter services between Miami and South America. You will maximize pallet positions and ULD utilization while coordinating transshipment through Miami to South America.

The role requires 3–5 years in air cargo operations, strong knowledge of interline and transshipment, and proficiency with Cargospot, AIMS, Hawk and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in air cargo operations, capacity management, performance reporting, or predictive analytics.
• Strong understanding of Asia/North America/South America flows, interline and transshipment handling, and IATA processes.
• Proficient with cargo systems (Cargospot, AIMS, Hawk) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical judgment and ability to communicate across regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Miami flights to ensure planned loads, connection integrity, and on-time performance.
• Optimize pallet position and ULD utilization for Miami–SAMER routes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Ground Ops, and station staff for real-time load adjustments.
• Oversee transshipment to minimize dwell time and maximize connection success.
• Drive predictive and data-driven capacity planning to improve load factor and revenue yield.
