Worldwide Flight Services in Miami, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee station operations, directing personnel and resources to ensure safe, efficient cargo, baggage and passenger services while maintaining compliance with TSA and company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, budget oversight, and the ability to analyze operational data to improve profitability. A bachelor's degree and several years of management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year College or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to manage and motivate personnel.
• Must have strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
