Maersk is seeking an experienced Airfreight Station Manager to lead our Miami air freight station. This fully onsite leadership role carries broad operational scope, significant people leadership, and full financial accountability.

You will deliver outcomes across service, productivity, financial controls, customer growth, and culture. You will lead large-scale air freight operations, drive productivity, and ensure governance, with collaboration across sales and operations to support customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of logistics or freight forwarding experience.
• 3–5+ years in senior operational leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing teams and complex air freight environments.
• Strong financial, analytical, and decision-making capability.
• Experience driving standardization and operational improvement.
• Clear, confident communication across senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own full P&L responsibility.
• Lead high-volume air freight operations from shipment opening to closure.
• Drive productivity, cost discipline, and operational excellence at scale.
• Ensure compliance with standard processes, KPIs, and governance requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement programs and operational change initiatives.
• Support customer growth through close partnership with sales and direct engagement.
• Embed a culture of accountability, inclusion, and performance ownership.
