Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to short range flight schedule development with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on network design changes and capacity investments.
• Develop and optimize capacity plans and network strategy to improve customer experience and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate tradeoffs between customer needs and cost and build consensus across partner teams.
• Partner with Research Science and Technology to design next-generation planning tools.
• Analyze flight utilization and network performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor and manage flight capacity allocation across the network and align with forecasts.
