Job summary

UKG seeks a Principal Field Advisor of AI & WF Transformation to collaborate with Enterprise Sales in accelerating strategic AI opportunities. You will translate AI and data innovation into executive value, craft solution and demo strategies, and shape reusable plays to scale the AI business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, data, analytics, workforce tech, HCM, solution strategy, value consulting, product GTM, or strategic selling.
• Experience supporting or influencing large enterprise opportunities and serving as a trusted advisor to executive buyers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data products, workflow automation, or agentic technologies, with ability to translate complex capabilities into business outcomes.
• Experience building scalable GTM motions, field assets, executive messaging, customer proof points, value frameworks, enablement content, or specialist sales plays.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for customers, sellers, and senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations that influence GTM strategy and product direction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise account teams on strategic AI, Workforce Intelligence, data, and agentic opportunities.
• Lead executive discovery, AI strategy discussions, and value-based customer engagements.
• Shape solution vision, demo strategy, proof-of-concept approaches, business cases, and competitive positioning.
• Develop executive-ready narratives, customer proof points, and value frameworks that accelerate AI adoption.
• Create repeatable sales plays, enablement assets, and industry use cases that scale field effectiveness.
• Capture and communicate market insights, customer needs, adoption barriers, and competitive intelligence to influence business strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive AI commercialization and market adoption.
