Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, data analytics, or workforce technology.
• Experience influencing large enterprise opportunities and executive buyers.
• Ability to translate AI/data capabilities into business value for executives.
• Track record building scalable GTM motions, messaging, and enablement content.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to synthesize market feedback into actionable GTM recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise account teams on AI, Workforce Intelligence, data, and agentic opportunities.
• Lead executive discovery, AI strategy discussions, and value-based engagements.
• Shape solution vision, demo strategy, PoC approaches, and business cases.
• Develop executive narratives, proof points, and value frameworks for AI adoption.
• Create scalable sales plays and enablement assets for field effectiveness.
• Capture market insights and competitive intelligence to influence strategy.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success.
