The role focuses on accelerating opportunities, building repeatable plays, and driving adoption across enterprise customers. Strong strategic storytelling and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, data, analytics, workforce technology, HCM, solution strategy, value consulting, product GTM, or strategic selling.
• Experience influencing large enterprise opportunities and acting as a trusted advisor to executive buyers.
• Strong understanding of AI, data products, and scalable GTM motions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise account teams on strategic AI, Workforce Intelligence, data, and agentic opportunities.
• Lead executive discovery, AI strategy discussions, and value-based customer engagements.
• Shape solution vision, demo strategy, PoC approaches, business cases, and competitive positioning.
• Develop executive-ready narratives, proof points, and value frameworks for adoption.
• Create repeatable sales plays, enablement assets, and industry use cases.
• Capture market insights and influence GTM strategy and product direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive AI commercialization and market adoption.
