Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in technology and/or business consulting focused on operating model transformation, workforce transformation, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record in building practices, solution development, and revenue growth.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong business development skills and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies, product operating models, and organizational change management.
• Familiarity with AI-driven transformation and intelligent workflow solutions is a plus.
• Able to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership of distributed, high-performing teams.
• Excellent storytelling and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the WX Solutions Advisory function.
• Align offerings with market trends, client priorities, and new ways of working.
• Drive innovation across transformation frameworks, delivery models, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead strategic pursuits and new logo acquisition efforts.
• Develop compelling, outcome-focused value propositions for executive audiences.
• Translate client challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps and roadmaps.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain a 50% billable utilization target while balancing leadership and delivery duties.
