Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of technology and/or business consulting experience.
• Proven track record of enterprise transformation initiatives and revenue growth.
• Strong executive advisory skills with outstanding communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the WX Solutions Advisory function.
• Lead strategic pursuits and new logo acquisition efforts.
• Translate client challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps and outcomes.
• Maintain a 50% billable utilization target while leading practice leadership and delivery.
