UKG is seeking a Principal Field Advisor of AI & WF Transformation to work with Enterprise Sales teams, accelerating opportunities involving AI, Workforce Intelligence, and data products, and translating advanced capabilities into compelling executive value.

Operating at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Strategy, you will shape AI strategy discussions, develop demo strategies, build business cases, and guide proof-of-concept approaches to drive adoption and commercial

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, data, analytics, or HCM experience.
Experience influencing large enterprise opportunities and advising executives.
Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value for buyers.

Responsibilities

Partner with Enterprise account teams on strategic AI, Workforce Intelligence, data, and agentic capability opportunities.
Lead executive discovery, AI strategy discussions, and value-based customer engagements.
Shape solution vision, demo strategy, proof-of-concept approaches, business cases, and competitive positioning.
Develop executive-ready narratives, customer proof points, and value frameworks that accelerate AI adoption.
Create repeatable sales plays, enablement assets, and industry use cases that scale field effectiveness.
Capture and communicate market insights, customer needs, adoption barriers, and competitive intelligence to influence business strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership to drive AI commercialization and market adoption.
