Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Senior Manager to define how AI-enabled work changes day-to-day processes across the enterprise. You will partner with teams to map current workflows, build playbooks, and drive adoption of AI/ML solutions, bridging delivery and operations.

You will lead redesigns at scale in a matrixed organization, coaching teams and external partners, with relocation assistance possible and a hybrid model requiring four onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years redesigning workflows, processes, or operating models at team or enterprise scale.
• 3+ years baselining or process-mapping current-state work for redesign.
• 2+ years building playbooks or standards.
• 2+ years managing external agency, consulting or vendor resources.
• 1+ year leading adoption of digital, automation, or AI/ML solutions into day-to-day workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to define workflow and redesign playbooks for AI solutions.
• Lead workflow redesign efforts to improve enterprise outcomes.
• Baseline current-state workflows and map handoffs, time and volume.
• Build reusable playbooks and templates with tools and coaching.
• Own workflow adoption metrics for the Central AI scorecard.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver scope on time and quality.
