Zendesk seeks an AI Services Consultant to guide customers through the configuration and optimization of our AI-powered Resolution Platform. You will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, leading AI project delivery with agility and precision.

Responsibilities include driving adoption, coordinating with Customer Success and Sales, and ensuring measurable business impact from deployment to scale. fluency in English and strong consulting skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting/professional services experience.
• Experience in GTM roles in enterprise tech/SaaS; CS/PS/technical PM background.
• Fluent in English; strong communication.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and large JSON bodies.
• Python experience preferred; analytics for adoption and churn forecasts.
