Opus AI Technologies in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Solutions Consultant to join a delivery squad after the sale. You will translate client needs into an auditable architecture, separating what is described from what regulators permit, and you will defend decisions as the build progresses.

You will collaborate with a Project Manager, AI Workflow Engineers, and a Business Analyst to design end-to-end workflows, establish governance, and demonstrate business value through metrics.

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions consulting or related enterprise delivery.
Post-sales experience guiding enterprise clients through delivery.
Strong background in workflow automation and AI/ML platforms.
Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, insurance) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and identify real constraints behind requirements.
Define target-state workflow architecture and integration points.
Quantify business impact and build the case for deployment.
Maintain client relationships as trusted technical advisor.
Provide clear technical direction and act as escalation point during delivery.
Document design decisions and translate patterns for future engagements.
