Job summary

Creatio in Mexico City seeks an AI Consultant to identify, design, and launch high-value AI agents with measurable outcomes. You'll operate at the intersection of business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, advising customers on AI adoption and designing roadmaps.

You'll collaborate with AI engineers, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure agents are deployed, scaled, and delivering ROI across client operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery.
• Experience with modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and automation, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify AI use cases.
• Understand customer domains to prioritize impactful AI opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.
• Translate business problems into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals with metrics and guardrails.
• Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows to remove repetitive work and unlock new capabilities.
• Define AI agent integrations with CRM, ERP, SaaS, APIs, and workflows.
• Prepare agent specifications and solution documentation for delivery teams.
