• Experience with AI, GenAI, automation, advanced analytics or digital transformation.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI transformation roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities aligned to ROI.
• Advise executive leadership on AI investments, priorities and expected outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional AI and automation transformation programs.
• Establish accountability and governance across complex stakeholder groups.
• Define KPIs, value realization metrics and executive dashboards.
• Ensure responsible, secure and compliant AI deployment.
• Partner with IT, Product, Data Science and PMO on implementation and scaling.
