Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in transformation, consulting, or digital product leadership.
- Executive credibility with senior pharma/biotech stakeholders.
- Enterprise AI delivery and governance experience.
- Fluency in applied AI concepts, models, and workflows.
- Transformation and change management expertise.
- Strong communication and executive facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Mobilize cross-functional teams across AI solutions, product, data, and client specialists.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from prototype through production and handover.
- Define future-state workflows, roles, and governance for AI initiatives.
- Build adoption via playbooks, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive account growth and strengthen executive relationships with the client.
