Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an AI Transformation Architect to lead hands-on transformation of Integrated Services workflows by embedding AI into high-value processes. You will design, prototype, and scale AI-enabled systems spanning product management, PMO and GTM functions, collaborating with security, privacy and legal teams.

The role emphasizes performance, governance, and measurable business impact, with hybrid work and leadership responsibilities in a matrixed enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design of AI-enabled workflows across discovery, PRDs and roadmaps.
• Experience building enterprise AI workflows adopted by real users, not just prototypes.
• Strong product management fluency including discovery, roadmaps, prioritization and analytics.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Transform the Integrated Services Product Team Operating Model to scale AI-enabled workflows.
• Build AI agents, automation and infrastructure using APIs, retrieval, orchestration and agent instructions.
• Prototype, pilot and scale solutions while navigating security, privacy and governance barriers.
• Create reusable capabilities, templates and playbooks for product, PMO and GTM work.
