Ford Motor Company seeks a Director of AI Program Management, OS, System & Data in a remote/US-based role. You will set governance standards, manage the AI portfolio cadence, and drive value realization across enterprise AI bets with cross‑functional leaders from legal, HR, finance, product, and engineering.

You'll lead stage‑gate criteria, ensure delivery rigor, and maintain recovery plans while partnering with Finance on benefits realization and independent validation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program governance, PMO leadership, or portfolio execution at enterprise scale.
• Experience setting stage‑gate criteria and delivery standards across programs.
• Proven ability to run cross‑functional councils with legal, HR, finance, and tech stake­holders.
• Track record of building recurring reviews, reporting cycles, and executive filings.
• Experience diagnosing at‑risk programs and driving path‑to‑green recovery.
• Collaborates with Finance on benefits realization and value validation.
• Strong executive presence and accountability for sponsors and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own AI governance standards, stage‑gate criteria, delivery expectations and value realization.
• Lead councils to align OGC, HR, Finance, Product, Engineering and GDIA on decisions.
• Own operating rhythm for the AI portfolio and CEO/Board/ELT filings.
• Oversee execution of Enterprise and Functional AI Bets to achieve outcomes.
• Manage cross‑bet dependencies and remove delivery barriers.
• Maintain path‑to‑green recovery plans and hold bets to recovery schedules.
• Co‑own Finance validation standards to ensure independently verified value.
• Drive corrective actions when value or delivery commitments aren't met.
