Ford is seeking a Director, AI Strategy, Enablement & Workflow to translate our AI vision into a working portfolio. You will lead the progression model, enablement, and change activities across HR and business units to scale adoption and value.

The role requires building a cohesive, enterprise-wide AI transformation with strong executive communication and a track record of managing complex portfolios in a large organization. This leadership position offers broad scope and impact.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in strategy, portfolio management or transformation leadership.
• Experience leading managers or multiple teams.
• Experience in portfolio prioritization and pipeline health.
• Proven track record in change management across HR and business units.
• Strong executive storytelling and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise AI strategy into an actionable portfolio and enablement plan with a clear progression model.
• Own portfolio health, ensure every active bet has a defined owner and credible adoption path.
• Oversee AI transformation communications and executive narratives translating AI to business value.
• Direct workflow redesign across the portfolio, baselining current work and removing friction.
• Oversee L&D curriculum and learning journeys aligned to technology and operating model changes.
• Ensure cohesive change management across HR and business units for unified transformation.
• Manage enablement ROI and accountability for external agencies and internal hubs.
• Partner with Insight Generation to feed data into a trusted leadership scorecard.
