Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Director of AI Strategy, Enablement & Workflow to turn AI vision into a working portfolio. You will guide strategy, prioritize initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and business units to deliver measurable value.

You'll own the progression model, enablement efforts, and learning journeys while driving cohesive change management and executive storytelling at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 8+ years in strategy, portfolio management, or transformation leadership roles.
• Experience leading multiple functional teams and managing managers.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise AI strategy into an actionable portfolio and enablement plan.
• Own total portfolio health with clear ownership and credible adoption path.
• Oversee AI transformation communications and executive narrative.
• Direct workflow redesign efforts across the portfolio.
• Oversee L&D curriculum and learning journeys for audience-specific adoption.
• Ensure cohesive change management across HR and business units.
• Manage enablement ROI and external partner performance.
• Partner with Insight Generation for a single leadership scorecard.
