Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent exp accepted).
• 5+ years writing technical docs, QA, or software development.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps: pipelines, workflows, and AI integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with AI platforms like Claude, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI Services in production.
• Experience improving technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Write and update user guides, help articles, release notes, and process docs.
• Build, run, and manage AI workflows and tools in Azure DevOps and related platforms.
• Write and refine prompts and agent instructions for first‑draft content.
• Check AI‑generated content for accuracy and consistency before publishing.
• Track time saved by AI and report on it.
