Job summary

Fullscript is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to own documentation for product areas, shaping the Support Center content strategy and structure. You will balance mature docs with new surface content, partner across teams, and drive AI-assisted workflows while hands-on writing and editing remain central.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and SMEs to scope releases, assess impact, and ensure content meets reader needs across practitioners, patients, and agents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years writing technical or support documentation for SaaS platforms or complex software environments.
• Direct experience changing the structure of a documentation set, knowledge base, or help center.
• Strong writing skills, translating complex technical behavior into clear docs for practitioners, patients, or support agents.
• Comfortable defining documentation plans for releases even with incomplete briefs.
• Experience with content modeling and single-sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own the content lifecycle for product areas, from planning through retirement across all audiences.
• Document complex platform behavior, including integrations, identity and permissions, and new features.
• Answer reader questions and surface related capabilities to aid self-service.
• Lead with AI-assisted authoring to draft, summarize, audit, and validate content before publish.
