Job summary

The Mom Project partners with a global leader in networking, technology, and cybersecurity to recruit a Corporate Counsel.

This role handles rapid deal flow, AI procurement, SaaS, and data licensing agreements, guiding leaders through complex negotiations while mitigating risk and ensuring compliant contracting practices.

Hybrid work options exist: Atlanta or RTP/Raleigh with 2 days on-site per week, plus remote flexibility to support business needs.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of relevant tech transactions, software/SaaS, or AI/data experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills; high business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a rapid pipeline of deal inquiries with risk mitigation and business momentum.
• Draft and negotiate AI procurement, SaaS, and data licensing agreements; assist leaders in complex negotiations.
• Lead negotiation process and quality control for contract lifecycle with AI tools.
• Stay current on benchmarking, contracting trends, and AI/Data regulations and translate into internal playbooks.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives related to contracts, data and AI strategy.
