Institute of Foundation Models in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Recruiting Partner with 8+ years of experience to scale our high-growth AI lab's recruiting. This is an operational role combining PhD-level sourcing with high-volume coordination across time zones.

You'll lead multi-stage interview calendars, manage candidate experience, partner with Research Leadership, and own ATS processes to ensure data integrity and brand representation at conferences.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth AI labs or Tier-1 tech firms.
• Understanding of ML research ecosystem; differentiate software engineers vs researchers; PhD hiring cycles.
• Excellent organizational skills enabling scheduling multiple complex interview rounds daily.
