Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
- Deep hands-on experience designing AI-enabled systems or agentic applications.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, microservices).
- Strong skills in evaluation, observability, guardrails, and security.
- Proven ability to lead engineers and set technical direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of production-grade AI agents and intelligent systems.
- Set technical direction for AI solutions across models, tooling, data, and infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers and drive architecture reviews and coding standards.
- Incubate new AI products and scale proven solutions with business-aligned teams.
- Ensure production readiness, observability, and cost-effective operations.
