Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience across AI/digital transformation, product management, strategy, operating-model design, innovation or related fields.
- Experience building and scaling organizational capabilities or operating models.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills across business and technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Translate the GD AI strategy into an integrated roadmap for scaled enablement and adoption.
- Oversee portfolio governance, value realization, and measurable business impact.
- Own AI ecosystem strategy for reusable solutions and distributed innovation.
- Lead scaled AI learning, capability-building, and community enablement.
- Partner with Technology, Data, Risk, HR, enterprise AI teams and platform providers.
