Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking an AI Portfolio, Governance & Value Realization Lead in Baltimore, MD to manage the Global Distribution AI portfolio. You will ensure prioritization, governance, and value realization across AI initiatives, coordinating with AI Product Managers, delivery pods, and business functions.

Reporting to the Director, AI Enablement & Ecosystem, you will establish standards for KPIs, conduct portfolio reviews, and drive measurable business outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, strategy, analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, portfolio management, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with evidence-based decision-making; excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• AI Intake & Portfolio Management: manage a transparent GD AI backlog and triage opportunities.
• Prioritization & Resource Allocation: sequence opportunities using value, readiness, and sponsorship criteria.
• Governance & Executive Reporting: prepare materials for governance forums and leadership updates.
• Value Realization & Performance Measurement: define baselines, KPIs, adoption, and value realization.
• Operating Discipline & Continuous Improvement: develop templates and improve portfolio governance.
• Mindset: analytical, clear communication with senior stakeholders, evidence-driven.
