T. Rowe Price seeks an AI Process Transformation Lead in Baltimore to reimagine how Global Distribution teams work by combining process expertise with AI innovations. You will map current workflows, identify levers, and co-design a future state with the business and AI specialists, driving measurable improvements.

You will lead rapid, iterative implementations, test with real users, and ensure adoption across stakeholders, maintaining focus on business outcomes and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, engineering, finance, information systems, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of related experience in process transformation, operations, management consulting, continuous improvement, or related roles.
• Experience leading analysis and redesign of complex business workflows.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with measurable targets.

Responsibilities

• Understand and map current workflow with direct engagement from associates and leaders.
• Co-design target-state workflow with AI leads to create a better future state.
• Translate future-state design into roles, handoffs, controls, and success measures.
• Stay involved through rapid build, testing, launch, and handoff and test with real users.
