You will orchestrate initiation, planning, solution design and delivery, aligning with strategy and governance across business, technology, data, risk, and corporate teams. Lead multi-workstream programs, manage budgets, and report to senior leadership while navigating ambiguity and complex stakeholder landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Experience leading multi-workstream, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the end-to-end program lead for high-value AI use cases.
• Translates AI strategy into actionable execution plans and roadmaps.
• Drives prioritization, constraints, and delivery across competing demands.
