Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a senior, founding GTM leader for its GAIA AI Business Unit in the Santa Clara area. You will own the AI revenue across product, infrastructure, and advisory bookings, and lead the market expansion with executive‑level stakeholders.

You will build a robust pipeline while coordinating with partners and field teams to drive multi‑phase deals. You will act as the AI subject‑matter expert in each engagement, shaping use cases, deployment models, and the value proposition

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of quota-carrying technology sales experience.
• 2-3 years selling AI products to VP of AI, CAIO, or CDO.
• Proven track record generating own pipeline in complex enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own GAIA revenue across product/infrastructure and advisory bookings for your territory.
• Be the AI subject‑matter resource in deals with data architecture, use cases, and business case.
• Build pipeline and partner with marketing, SDRs, and field sales; outbound work is essential.
