Job summary

3Pillar Global is seeking a Principal Client Partner on the East Coast to lead strategic engagements with major clients in BFSI or healthcare. You’ll own growth, nurture executive relationships, and shape delivery with solution architects and delivery managers to drive multi-account expansion.

You’ll build account plans, forecast revenue, and present proposals, SOWs, and engagements while operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting with revenue responsibility.
• Strong pipeline development and closing skills.
• Experience in BFSI or healthcare domain preferred.
• Direct exposure to agentic services or AI-native delivery is a plus.
• Proven track record of double-digit growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Based on the East Coast, willing to travel 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Own growth, retention, and strategic direction across multi-account book.
• Build relationships from engineers to C-level executives.
• Ensure delivery teams align with client needs.
• Conduct regular business reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities and upsell services.
• Develop account and territory plans and proposals.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to win accounts.
• Maintain revenue and pipeline forecasting.
• Track account health and client satisfaction.
