3Pillar Global, Inc. seeks an AI Solutions Architect to own and drive the architecture for AI-driven delivery across client engagements. You will stay hands-on in the codebase, set standards for AI reliability and human oversight, and guide the overall technical approach from requirements to release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years as Software Architect or Solutions Architect with hands-on cloud/AI tools.
• Experience embedding AI agents into the SDLC with human oversight.
• Experience contributing to pre-sales or pre-SOW solutioning.
• High level of English proficiency to interact with a globally-based team.
• Ability to articulate architecture to executives using appropriate technical language.
• Natural leader with strong reasoning and decision-making.
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC processes, actionable metrics and KPIs.
• Operational excellence in design methodologies and architectural patterns across platforms.
• Ability to work on multiple parallel projects.
• Experience leading Agile software development.
• Proficiency with UML/C4/ArchiMate.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices and tools.
• Demonstrate mentorship and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and own AI-embedded SDLC architectures and delivery.
• Set technical standards for trustworthy AI-assisted approaches with human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Hands-on code review, build, and validation of AI-driven approaches.
• Plan integration of AI/agentic tooling into client environments and tech stacks.
• Support pre-SOW technical solutioning and architectural feasibility.
• Translate client requirements into technical narratives and delivery plans.
• Contribute to proposals, estimates, and SOWs with effort and risk assessments.
• Act as technical owner from design to resolution for cloud-based tailored solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions with stakeholders to define functional and nonfunctional goals.
• Manage risk identification and mitigation around architecture.
• Influence long-term product and technical roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and lead Communities of Practice on AI-driven delivery skills.
