Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a delivery consultant to join the ProServe team. You will design, implement, and manage AWS AI/ML and GenAI solutions for enterprise customers, leading projects end-to-end and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and develop scalable AWS-based architectures. You will mentor junior staff, share best practices, and help customers along their cloud journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as CS, data science, or engineering.
• 8+ years building ML models or developing algorithms for business use.
• 5+ years leading technical teams with data, software or ML engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects from needs to deployment and monitoring.
• Design scalable ML pipelines that are high-performing, reliable and secure.
• Develop ML solutions and MLOps using AWS services and GenAI when applicable.
• Collaborate with Applied Science, DevOps, Data Engineering and Cloud Infra teams.
• Advise customers on AI/ML solutions and cloud architectures.
• Share knowledge and best practices through mentoring and reusable artifacts.
• Ensure solutions meet industry standards and manage project risks.
