Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced software engineer for the NVEX Solutions Engineering team in California. You will provide direct support to Enterprise customers, triage issues, and work with engineering to reproduce and fix problems. AI is foundational to solutions and tooling.

Minimum BS in CS/EE with 10+ years of software experience and strong communication are required. CUDA and GPU acceleration experience help; equity and benefits accompany the base salary.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 10 years of software engineering experience.
AI/ML expertise required.
Professional communication and calm under pressure.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers to resolve issues.
Collaborate with engineering teams, share logs and reproduction steps.
Apply AI to create/update products and support tools.
Own customer issues from inception to resolution.
Document interactions to enhance knowledge base.
Maintain and version customer support process documentation.
Work weekends/holidays as needed to support customers.
