Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA, seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer for the NVEX Solutions Engineering team to support GPU-accelerated platforms such as DGX, HGX, MGX, GB200 and GB300. You will triage issues, work with engineering teams, and apply AI to create solutions and tooling for customers.

Minimum BS in Computer or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years in multi-GPU environments, deep Linux expertise, and strong C/C++ and Python skills are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with multi-GPU platforms.
• Strong Linux system software expertise and AI/ML workload troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers to resolve or advance issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and document triage information for knowledge base.
• Apply AI to enhance products and support tools; own issues end-to-end.
• Occasional weekend/holiday coverage to ensure customer success.
