Realtor.com is seeking a Sr. AI Solutions Engineer to turn business challenges into practical AI solutions in Austin. You will collaborate across teams to design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered workflows including Assist, Automate, and Compose tracks, while coaching colleagues to extend the work you start.

You’ll work hands-on with tools like Glean, Gemini, LangChain, and cloud platforms to deliver scalable AI applications and drive adoption across Product, Engineering, and Ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with data and APIs (SQL, REST, JSON, CSV) and integrating into AI workflows.
• Experience with knowledge retrieval tools and prompt engineering.
• Strong stakeholder discovery and process-mapping skills.
• Experience deploying cloud-based AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders and map workflows to identify AI use cases.
• Prototype Assist solutions with Glean and related tools.
• Develop and automate agentic workflows across APIs.
• Create full-stack AI applications with production deployment.
• Teach and evangelize AI best practices to PMs and ops teams.
• Measure adoption and iterate based on feedback.
